🥺 Don't look back in anger

Hey there Fingers Fam! Allow me, if you will, to slip inside the eye of your mind into your inbox with a simple request: please buy a subscription to Fingers, otherwise I won’t be able to keep publishing it.

I don’t enjoy sending these emails, but the truth is I have to. I depend on reader support to underwrite the work, time, and expertise that go into every edition. It’s an unfortunate reality that I don’t have limitless cash on hand to subsidize this project, but it’s reality nonetheless. As of this morning, Fingers has 300 paid subscribers, which is amazing! But unless more readers step up to financially support my independent coverage and commentary about drinking in America, eventually I’ll have to tell Sally to wait shut Fingers down forever.
